Prime Healthcare Services Foundation “the Foundation” is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that takes its roots back to 1989. Initially, the Foundation began with a generous donation of 1 million dollars from its Founder and the Chairman of the Board, Prem Reddy, MD, FACC, FCCP.
